Can I sync with my Windows PC?

1Password for iPhone/iPod touch is a completely standalone application and can be used without any assistance from a desktop.

With that said, Mac users do have the advantage of being able to manually sync their data directly with 1Password for Mac, a feature that is not available for our Windows version, and we do not have a Linux version.

However, we have enabled all versions of 1Password to automatically sync with Mac, Windows, and even other iOS devices through Dropbox. This negates the need to sync manually over Wi-Fi. Learn how to set up automatic Dropbox syncing.

If you are not syncing with a Mac or with Dropbox, it is highly recommended that you perform regular backups of your 1Password data so that you can recover in the event of catastrophe.
