Can’t save a Login item
There are lots of things that might prevent 1Password from automatically saving a Login item. For example, we know of no browser password manager that supports Flash-based logins, because the proprietary Flash technology is not easily integrated with browsers. For a Flash-based site, you may find a standard HTML login page as well.
Whenever you find a site for which a Login isn’t automatically saved, you can save one manually like this:
-
Go to the site’s Login page.
-
Type in your username and password, but don’t submit the form.
-
In the browser’s toolbar, click the 1Password button.
-
Click the Save Login button, fill in the details, and click the Save button.
-
Back in the browser, you can submit the form if you want to log in, right then; the important part, though, is that the Login will be available for you to use, the next time you visit the site.
